Softball hosts inaugural First Pitch event

The 2016 Texas Softball season is almost underway. As the team prepares for games to begin, Texas Athletics would like to invite you to Red & Charline McCombs Field on Saturday, February 6 to take part in the inaugural Texas Softball First Pitch. The event is FREE for all fans, and will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Gates will open at McCombs Field at 11 a.m.
Join head coach Connie Clark and the 2016 team to hear about the upcoming season, watch an open practice, and have a chance to come down on the field to get close to the action. Fans in attendance can also receive a voucher for an $8 ticket to the Men's Basketball vs. Texas Tech game that day at 1 p.m. at the Erwin Center.
Free parking is available in Lot 115. Texas Softball First Pitch will be held rain or shine.
