POST-MATCH COMMENTS
Texas head coach Michael Center
It was a good day in Houston. The guys continued to improve, and we played a solid doubles point today and got some momentum. We won all the first sets. Though there were a few inconsistencies here and there, I thought we really stepped it up when we needed to today. The guys pushed forward and won all of their matches. Rice played us tough, and the Owls have a strong young team, but I feel like we're continuing to improve.
