Sedona Prince named Texas Girls Coaches Association Player of the Year

Prince is the No. 12-ranked Women's Basketball recruit, according to ESPN.com.
Texas women's basketball signee Sedona Prince has been named the Texas Girls Coaches Association Basketball Athlete of the Year for classes 1A-4A, it was announced Thursday.
Prince, a McDonald's All-American and Jordan Brand Classic participant, is a 6-foot-7 post player from Liberty Hill, Texas. She was a Naismith Trophy Second-Team All-American in 2018. Prince was ranked the No. 12 overall prospect in the class of 2018 by ESPN HoopGurlz.
Prince earned recognition as the District 19 Class 4A Most Valuable Player for the second consecutive season in 2017-18.
Prince, along with Joanne Allen-Taylor, Charli Collier and Audrey Warren comprise the nation's No. 3 recruiting class, according to ESPN.com.
