Texas Athletics honors active duty service members and veterans on Saturday, Nov. 3 when Texas Football hosts West Virginia at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. Starting Wednesday, July 4, fans are invited to participate in the new Seats for Service Members program.
Seats for Service Members provides Texas supporters the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets for active duty service members and veterans to attend the game for free -- along with their families -- as a thank you for their service. Fans can purchase tickets to this Texas Football game for just $40 per service member by visiting TexasSports.com/military.
Since 2015, Texas Athletics has partnered with the Veterans Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix) to provide free tickets to active duty service members, veterans, and family members of troops killed in action.
For more information on purchasing tickets for active duty service members and veterans, please contact Texas Athletics at 512-471-3333 or tickets@athletics.utexas.edu. Opportunities to purchase tickets for other sports will be announced throughout the 2018-19 season.
