UT sweeps the 200 medley and 800 freestyle relay.
AUSTIN, Texas - The second-ranked Texas women's swimming and diving team earned wins in the 200 medley and 800 free relays on the first night of the 2019 Big 12 Championships at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center.

- 800 free relay - Adams, Pfeifer, Rule, Evans (6:58.52)
DAY NOTES
- Adams, Pfeifer, Rule and Evans set the top time this year for UT and were just .15 off from setting a new Big 12 Championships meet record in the 800 freestyle relay. The Longhorns also set another NCAA 'A' cut in the event with their time of 6:58.52.
- This is the ninth-straight win for Texas in the 800 free relay at the Big 12 Championships and sixth-straight in the 200 medley relay.
- UT hasn't lost a relay event since 2012 at the Big 12 Championships.
- This is the 10th Big 12 title in a relay event for junior Claire Adams.
