McGee-Stafford is set to begin her fourth WNBA season in 2019.
The Atlanta Dream have finalized a trade that will send center Imani McGee-Stafford, a former Texas standout, to the Dallas Wings in exchange for a 2020 third-round pick, the team announced Thursday.
"We appreciate what Imani has brought to us in her short time here," Chris Sienko, Dream President and General Manager said. "We wish her well in Dallas."
McGee-Stafford was originally acquired by the Dream in a 2017 trade-deadline deal with the Chicago Sky. The fourth-year player averaged 2.1 points and 3.4 rebounds in 10.5 minutes of action for the Dream in 2018.
