Softball to hold walk-on tryouts

AUSTIN, Texas — The University of Texas softball team will hold walk-on tryouts for full-time UT female students on Wed., Oct. 2, at 12:30 p.m. CT at Red and Charline McCombs Field (2001 Comal Street).

Participants must be full-time students at The University of Texas and currently enrolled in at least 12 hours of classes this fall semester. All walk-on participants must complete the University of Texas Medical Packet & Compliance Clearance protocol prior to tryouts.

Participants must have proof of INSURANCE and complete the following in order to tryout:

• Completed physical (conducted by a physician within the last six months)
