TEXAS HEAD COACH KAREN ASTON
"This was a really good road win for us. I can't say enough about how well TCU has been playing all year, especially at home. I thought our team showed a lot of resilience tonight. We weathered a first-quarter punch that was part them and part us. We were able to hang in there during the second quarter, especially with some foul trouble. Then we regrouped at halftime: The defensive effort triggered by [Celeste Taylor] and our ability to hit shots in the paint. I thought the biggest difference was our ability to play inside-out, and again our defensive effort was much, much better. I'm really proud."
