Women's Golf's Papp to participate in third consecutive Arnold Palmer Cup

Texas junior Kaitlyn Papp has been named to the United States team for the 2020 Arnold Palmer Cup, it was announced Wednesday evening when the committee selections for the event were revealed on Golf Channel. This marks the third consecutive year in which Papp will represent the U.S. at the Arnold Palmer Cup.
The 2020 Arnold Palmer Cup matches will be hosted by Lahinch Golf Club July 3-5, 2020.
Three American golfers comprised the committee selections for the Arnold Palmer Cup – Papp, Emilia Migliaccio [Wake Forest] and Kaitlin Milligan [Oklahoma]. Six Arnold Palmer Cup ranking selections for both the United States and International sides will be announced on March 25 with two additional committee picks for the United States and one additional committee pick for the International side.
Papp is the No. 4-ranked collegiate golfer according to the latest Golfstat rankings. She has played in five tournaments this season for the Longhorns with a stroke average of 70.07. Papp has carded 12 rounds at par or better and has five rounds in the 60s.
