Check back regularly for schedule updates. Located inside the Denton Cooley Pavilion (official practice court), kids can enjoy Longhorns inflatables starting 1.5 hours from tip off
AUSTIN, TX – Texas Women's Basketball is excited to welcome fans to the Longhorns Kids Court during all home games this season (previously weekend home games), subject to cancellation based on (but not limited to) health, safety, and weather conditions. Starting 1.5 hours from tip off, fans can hop into Denton Cooley Pavilion (official practice court) then join the Texas Fight for the game afterwards.
Please note that the Longhorns Kids Court was temporarily suspended in January as a precautionary measure. The Longhorns Kids Court will restart Saturday, February 12 from 5:30 - 6:30 pm ahead of the Shoot for a Cure Pink Game versus Oklahoma. Details:
- FREE pregame event featuring three Texas Longhorns-branded inflatables
- For kids in 8th grade and younger
- Located inside Denton Cooley Pavilion (official practice court) on the south side of the Frank Erwin Center on the official practice court of the Texas Longhorns
- Special appearance from Hook 'Em, UT's famous costumed mascot
- Opens 1.5 hours out from tip off for each applicable game
- Closes 30 minutes from tip off for each applicable game
- After its close, fans will be directed across to the Frank Erwin Center to cheer on the Horns. Fans must have a ticket to enter the game
Inside the arena, head to Section 29 or 44 to grab a FREE poster. Posters are available to all fans on a first come, first served basis and feature a different Longhorn student-athlete each game.
Following the game, all fans can come down to the court for postgame autographs with the team, subject to change.
The Longhorns Kids Court will be available for games throughout the season, subject to cancellation:
- Saturday, Dec. 11 vs. Idaho
- Wednesday, Jan. 12 vs. Kansas (canceled)
- Saturday, Jan. 15 vs. West Virginia (canceled)
- Wednesday, Jan. 26 vs. Kansas State (canceled)
- Sunday, Feb. 6 vs. Baylor (canceled)
- Saturday, Feb. 12 vs. Oklahoma - Starts at 5:30 pm
- Wednesday, Feb. 16 vs. Iowa State (canceled)
- Saturday, Feb. 26 vs. TCU - Starts at 5:30 pm
- Saturday, Mar. 5 vs. Oklahoma State - Starts at 11:30 am
