Track and Field Set 2021-22 Indoor Schedule

AUSTIN, Texas – The Texas track and field program announced its 2021-2022 Indoor schedule on Monday, with two split weekends and the NCAA Indoor Championship stage set in Birmingham, Ala.
The Longhorns will open up the season on Dec. 3 at the Wooo Pig Classic (Fayetteville, Ark.) for the lone meet in the 2021 year. Texas will start the year in Clemson, S.C., at the Clemson Invite (Jan. 14-15), followed by a day trip to Lubbock, Texas (Red Raider Open | Jan. 21) and Houston, Texas (Fastrak Collegiate Challenge | Jan. 22) and return to Lubbock for the Texas Tech Open & Multis meet on Jan. 28-29.
Texas will compete at the Camel City Invitational (Winston-Salem, N.C.) and the NM Collegiate Classic (Albuquerque, N.M.) on Feb. 4 – 5, the Iowa State Classic (Ames, IA) and Tiger Paw Invite (Clemson, S.C.) on Feb. 11 – 12, the Arkansas Qualifier (Feb. 18 | Fayetteville, Ark.) and the JDL DMR Invite (Winston-Salem, N.C. |Feb. 18 – 19).
Iowa State will host the Big 12 Championships on Feb. 25-26 where Texas will look to defend both the men's and women's titles. The NCAA Championships are set for March 11 – 12 in Birmingham.
