After winning the Big 12 tourney title for the first time in school history, UT is No. 9 in the final AP poll, its first top-10 ranking in the final AP poll since 2011.
• MVP COLEMAN: Senior G Matt Coleman III earned Most Valuable Player honors at the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship, averaging 24.5 ppg while hitting 17-of-30 (.567) field goals, including 6-of-11 (.545) threes. He posted a career-high 30 points (10-14 FG, 4-5 threes, 6-6 FT) in the title game win over No. 12/14 Oklahoma State.
• SIMS IN BEAST MODE: Senior F Jericho Sims earned a spot on the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship All-Tournament team, averaging 15.5 ppg, 12.5 rpg and 3.0 bpg while hitting 13-of-17 (.765) field goals.
