Eight Longhorns selected to USA Diving 2021 High Performance Squad

Prestigious squad is comprised of divers who most exhibit the potential, skill and determination to become future U.S. Olympic Team members.
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — A total of eight current, former and future University of Texas divers have been selected to the USA Diving 2021 High Performance Squad, the organization announced this weekend. The prestigious squad is comprised of divers who most exhibit the potential, skill and determination to become future U.S. Olympic Team members.
Twenty-four divers were named to the Tier One High Performance Squad, while an additional five divers were selected to the Tier Two Squad. The 2021 High Performance Squad was rounded out with 32 Tier Three Senior and 31 Tier Three Junior athletes.
The prestigious Tier One squad features three Texas divers, including Murphy Bromberg (2014-19), Alison Gibson (2017-20) and 2021 CSCAA Division I Men's Diver of the Year Jordan Windle. Incoming freshman Hailey Hernandez earned a spot on the Tier Two squad.
Three current Longhorns were selected to the Tier Three Senior squad, including freshman Noah Duperre, freshman Bridget O'Neil and sophomore Jordan Skilken. In addition, incoming freshman Manuel Borowski was chosen to the Tier Three Junior squad.
The 2021 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Diving are scheduled for June 6-13 at the Indiana University Natatorium in Indianapolis.
