Eight Longhorns from Swim & Dive named to Academic All-District Teams

Academic All-America first-, second- and third-team honorees will be announced in late March.
AUSTIN, Texas – Eight student-athletes of the Texas Swimming and Diving programs have been named to the 2022-23 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Teams, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Senior Janie Boyle and juniors Ava Longi, Bridget O'Neil and Emma Sticklen were each recognized on the women's team
On the men's side, senior Jake Foster and juniors Coby Carrozza, Noah Duperre and Carson Foster received the honor.
To be considered for the Academic All-District teams, student-athletes must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA, competed in at least 50 percent of the team's events and have competed at the school for a full calendar year.
The 2022-23 Academic All-District Swimming & Diving Teams, selected by the College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced in late March
