• SUCCESS IN MOODY: Texas has posted a 15-1 record in the first year of Moody Center, including an impressive 5-0 mark against AP Top 25 opponents entering Saturday's contest against No. 3 Kansas. The Longhorns have won seven-straight Big 12 home games.
• SENIOR DAY: Texas will recognize a group of five senior players (Timmy Allen, Christian Bishop, Marcus Carr, Dylan Disu and Sir'Jabari Rice) along with senior student support staff personnel in a short pre-game ceremony on Saturday at 2:45 p.m.
• FORCING TURNOVERS: Texas tied a team season high by forcing 22 TCU turnovers on Wednesday. The Longhorns posted a 27-7 edge in points off turnovers against the Horned Frogs. UT has forced at least 15 turnovers in 22 of its first 30 contests this season.
• HUNTER STEPS UP: Sophomore G Tyrese Hunter has averaged 14.3 ppg while hitting 46.9-percent (15-32) from the floor, including 8-of-15 (.533) from three-point range, and added seven assists against three turnovers and five steals in his last three games.
