Bracket released for NCAA Women’s Tennis Doubles Championship

Chavatipon and Zeynalova begin play in 32-team doubles bracket on Tuesday.
LAKE NONA, Fla. — University of Texas women's tennis junior Charlotte Chavatipon and sophomore Sabina Zeynalova will open play in the 32-team bracket at the NCAA Doubles Championships on Tuesday, May 23. The NCAA released the draws for the individual championships on Sunday, with opponents for first-round matches.
Chavtipon and Zeynalova, No. 26 in the latest ITA national doubles rankings (May 4), will face No. 30 Julia Andreach and Carrie Beckman in Tuesday's first round (time TBD). Chavatipon and Zeynalova enter Tuesday's match with a 14-6 mark in dual-match doubles play this spring. This marks the first NCAA Doubles appearance for both Chavatipon and Zeynalova.
The NCAA Doubles Championship will be conducted May 23-27 at the USTA National Campus in Lake Nona, Fla. All matches will be the best-of-three sets with 10-point superbreakers played in lieu of a third set.
