Fox places fifth at world juniors on 3-meter
RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil - Freshman Taylor Fox of the No. 2 women's swimming and diving program placed fifth at the World Aquatics Junior Diving Championships on Wednesday.
In the 16-18 year old age bracket, Fox placed fifth after scoring 391.90 points competing for Team USA. Fox finished just 73 points behind Yiping Long of China, 15 back of China's Jiadan Liu, six back of third place and only 2.90 behind fourth-place.
Fox and the Longhorns will compete at the US Diving Winter Nationals for their next competition.
