Michael Taaffe reflects on his journey and celebrates with Longhorn Foundation donors on Senior Day 2025
AUSTIN, Texas — Last night at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, Texas Football closed out the regular season in thrilling fashion with a 27-17 victory over No. 3 Texas A&M in the Cotton Holdings Lone Star Showdown. The victory marked the Longhorns' third top-10 win of the year, adding to the excitment of a night already filled with celebration as the program honored its senior class.
These seniors have left a lasting legacy on the Forty Acres, and Sport Management major Michael Taaffe had messages for Longhorn Foundation donors both before and after taking the field for his final game at DKR–TMS:
