Women’s Basketball’s Jordan Lee selected for USA Basketball U19 National Team

Lee will compete with USA Basketball national team July 12-20 in Brno, Czechia
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado — Sophomore Jordan Lee has been selected to the USA Basketball Women's U19 National Team following three days of trials in Colorado Springs, Colorado. USA Basketball made the announcement today with selections by the USA Basketball Women's Junior National Team Committee.
The team will compete in Brno, Czechia July 12-20 for the 2025 FIBA U19 Women's World Cup.
The 2025 USA Women's U19 National Team includes Sienna Betts, Addison Bjorn, Jasmine Davidson, Sydney Douglas, Kate Harpring, Saniyah Hall, Kayleigh Heckel, Jordan Lee, Alivia McGill, Jerzy Robinson, Emilee Skinner and Zania Socka-Nguemen.
Lee was a member of the USA's gold-medal winning team at the 2024 FIBA U18 Women's AmeriCup.
Lee finished a strong freshman season in which she earned All-SEC Freshman Team honors. She scored in double figures in 10 games, including 16 points in the Final Four against No. 2 South Carolina and 17 points on the road at No. 9 Oklahoma in the first SEC game of her collegiate career. Lee helped the Longhorns capture a SEC regular season championship and advance to the Final Four for the first time in 22 years.
Coaches for the U19 team include Teri Moren (Indiana University), Jose Fernandez (University of South Florida) and Niele Ivey (University of Notre Dame). The trio led the 2024 USA Women's U18 to gold at the FIBA U18 Women's AmeriCup last summer.
