• LOOKING TO IMPROVE ON THE GLASS: During non-conference play, the Longhorns outrebounded each of their 13 opponents and posted an impressive plus-12.5 rebound margin (41.9-29.4). In its first two SEC contests, Texas has registered a negative-7.0 rebound margin (35.0-42.0).
• HEIDE PROVIDES SPARK: Junior F Camden Heide bounced back after a scoreless effort against Mississippi State to post 16 points (5-10 FG, 4-9 threes) and four rebounds in a career-best 35 minutes during Tuesday's game at No. 21/22 Tennessee. His 16-point effort marked his second-highest scoring output of the season (20 vs. Rider).
