No. 4 Beach Volleyball’s Robertson and Davis named AVCA Pair of the Week

The pair garners its first Pair of the Week honor.
AUSTIN, Texas – Texas' Emma Grace Robertson and Lily Davis were named the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Pair of the Week, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Competing on Court 2, the duo played a key role in the Longhorns' success at the Death Volley Invitational, posting a 4-0 record. Robertson and Davis won all four matches in straight sets and were the only Texas pair to go undefeated across four contests at the event.
The pair recorded wins over No. 9 California, No. 10 Arizona State, No. 12 LSU and No. 16 Grand Canyon, helping Texas secure three ranked victories in Baton Rouge.
The honor marks the second career AVCA Pair of the Week selection for the Longhorns in program history. Robertson previously earned the award last season alongside Katie Hashman. Davis, a freshman, earns the recognition for the first time.
