No. 3 Beach Volleyball sweeps Tulane to finish Longhorn Showdown undefeated

The Longhorns improved to 20-6 overall on the season.
AUSTIN, Texas – No. 3 Texas Beach Volleyball swept Tulane on Saturday at the Longhorn Showdown at Wright-Whitaker Sports Complex, finishing the tournament 4-0.
The Longhorns recorded four sweeps in the event, marking the 11th time this season they have swept an opponent. Texas improved to 20-6 overall, including 17-6 against ranked teams.
Texas closed out the dual with a 5-0 win over Tulane. Savannah Thomas and Chloe Charles clinched the match on Court 4 with a 21-17, 21-15 victory.
The Longhorns will next host the Lone Star Classic on April 18, welcoming UTEP and Houston Christian to Wright-Whitaker Sports Complex.
