Texas duo earns recognition after strong postseason showing.
AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Beach Volleyball's Anna Pavelkova and Kacka Pavelkova were named to the 2026 NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship All-Tournament Team, the NCAA announced Sunday.
Competing as the Longhorns' No. 2 pair, the Pavelkovas recorded two wins during the championship, defeating No. 15 seed Georgia State, 21-13, 21-17, and No. 3 seed UCLA, 21-15, 17-21, 15-9.
The duo concluded their freshman season with a 17-10 overall record on Court 2 and played a key role in Texas' MPSF Championship run.
Both were named to the MPSF All-Freshman Team. Anna Pavelkova also earned All-MPSF First Team honors, while Kacka Pavelkova was selected to the All-MPSF Second Team.
