AS A JUNIOR (2011-12)
• Ended up fourth in both the 200 backstroke (1:46.30) and 200 IM (1:46.98) at the Big 12 Championships
• Won the 200 IM with a time of 1:46.11 at the American Short Course
• During the Texas Invitational, he finished 13th in the 200 backstroke (1:47.28), 15th in the 200 IM (1:50.76), 16th in the 400 IM (3:59.04) and 27th in the 200 breaststroke (2:04.72)
• Placed second in the 200 breaststroke (2:06.40) and 200 IM (1:51.42) while claiming ninth in the 200 backstroke (1:50.26) at the Southwest Collegiate Plunge
• Took fifth versus Arizona in the 400 medley relay witha time of 3:24.63 as he led off the race
• Finished sixth in the 200 medley relay against Michigan/Indiana with a time of 1:32.55
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11)
• Placed fifth in the 400 IM (3:58.41) and swam a 200 backstroke exhibition (1:51.30) at Georgia
• Took seventh in the 200 IM (1:52.77) and eighth in the 200 breaststroke (2:08.69) at Auburn
• Placed seventh in the 400 IM (3:57.63), fifth in the 200 backstroke consolation final (1:48.70) and eighth in the 200 IM consolation final (1:50.84) at the Texas Invitational
AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10)
• Won the 400 IM C final (3:52.02) and completed a 200 backstroke exhibition swim (1:48.12) at the Big 12 Championships
• Placed third in the 400 IM (4:02.55) and sixth in the 100 breaststroke (58.65) at Texas A&M
• Placed 11th in the 400 IM (4:13.98) and 13th in the 100 backstroke (52.71) at Arizona
• Took second in the 400 IM consolation final (3:58.69) , third in the 200 IM C final (1:51.73) and eighth in the 200 backstroke consolation final (1:50.10) at the Texas Invitational
• Placed fifth in the 200 breaststroke (2:12.18) and sixth in the 200 IM (1:56.06) against Indiana

• Took 46th in the 200 Im (2:05.09) at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials
