Competed in four events for the Longhorns and collected two top 25 finishes...ran a personal-best 6K time of 21:41.0 at the NCAA South Central Regional Championship, placing 22nd overall...took 28th at the Big 12 Championship with a time of 22:03...placed 18th overall and third for the Longhorns at the Greater Louisville Classic, crossing the line in 17:54...finished third for Texas and 48th overall (21:58) at the Chile Pepper Festival.
SOPHOMORE (2007)
Took third for Texas and seventh overall in the season-opening Texas State Invitational with a time of 18:50 ... clocked in at 18:15 for a 19th-place effort at the Islander Splash ... posted a 22:37 clip to finish fifth for Texas at the Chile Pepper Festival ... was the fifth UT runner to cross the line and the 59th overall at the Big 12 Championships (6K), clearing the course in 22:47 ... finished fourth among Texas runners and 42nd at the NCAA South Central Regional Championship, completing the course in 22:24.
FRESHMAN (2006)
Placed in the top five for Texas every race... placed third for UT and seventh overall in 18:40 at the Texas State Invitational (three-mile)... was the third fastest Longhorn at the Texas A&M Invitational (5K) and 26th overall with a time of 19:43... took third for the third consecutive race for the Longhorns and 13th overall at the Islander Splash (5K) in 19:17... placed fourth for UT at the Chile Pepper Festival (6K) with a 22:43 clip... was the sixth quickest UT runner at the Big 12 Championships (6K) finishing in 23:47... claimed seventh out of the Texas runners and 56th overall at the NCAA Regional Championship (6K) in a time of 22:51.
