Started first 15 games before suffering season-ending left knee ACL tear with 31 seconds left in UT[apos]s upset win over No. 10 Purdue, 64-61 (Jan. 7)...in that game, scored 11 points with three 3-pointers and four rebounds in 36 minutes ... underwent successful reconstructive knee surgery on Feb. 1...netted 10.5 ppg, with nine games in double-figure scoring ...first in 3-pointers made (23), taken (55) and pct. (.400) ... best free throw shooter on the squad (.889, 24-for-47)...hot from 3-point arc her last nine games, going 20 for 41 (.490) in long-range accuracy ... this included a career-best from behind the arc (5-for-7) against UT-Pan American (Dec. 6)...career-high 20 points vs. Sam Houston State (Nov. 20).
2005-06
Named to the five-member Big 12 All-Freshman Team... started in 27 of 28 games played...first in 3-pointers made (46) and taken (131) and first in free throw percentage (.854), missing just six FT[apos]s on the year (35-for-41)...second in scoring (11.5 ppg) and assists (53, 1.9 apg)...notched double-figure scoring 18 times and posted a then-career-high of 17 points three times - vs. New Mexico (Nov. 18), vs. No. 25 Texas A&M (Feb. 22), vs. No. 10 Baylor (March 1)...11.4 ppg in Big 12 regular season action (third best on squad)...in 11 games against Top 25 competition: 130 points (11.8 ppg), 16 assists, 28 turnovers and 14 steals ... 18-for-56 in 3-pointers (.321) and 16-for-19 from the foul line (.842)against No. 1/2 Duke (Dec. 4), netted 16 points and six rebounds ... 12 points, career-best six steals vs. No. 13 Oklahoma (Jan. 25)...Junkanoo Jam All-Tournament Team pick (Nov. 25-26) as UT won the tourney in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island.
