Volleyball Fan Guide
ADA accommodations
- Animals: Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at Gregory Gym. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. No other animals are allowed in the facility.
- Concessions: Gregory Gym has modified condiment tables for easy access by disabled guests.
- Parking: ADA parking is available in the Special Accommodation spaces along 21st Street near Gregory Gym as space is available with your ADA state issued placard or license plate.
- Restrooms: Disabled accessible stalls are located in the men's restroom & women’s restroom in the lobby on the arena level of Gregory Gym.
- Seating: Disabled seating is located on the arena floor in Gregory Gym. Patrons must have a reserved ticket designated for ADA seating areas. If available for purchase, ADA tickets are available at texaslonghorns.com/tickets.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside of Gregory Gymnasium.
Arrival and Door Entry
A number of measures have been implemented to make arrival and entry to Gregory Gymnasium a safe experience this season including:
- Fans will be required to enter through the main entrance right in front of the plaza.
- ADA guests and their accompanying seating group may enter at the glass front doors.
Automotive Assistance
Before, during and after the match, contact the UT Police Department at 512-471-4441 for dead battery and locked car assistance.
Banners
Banners are not allowed in the facility.
Big Ticket
UT students who purchase The Big Ticket will receive access to all Texas Volleyball matches. Just scan your physical UT ID at the gate and you will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis while student seats remain. Mobile student IDs are not valid for admission.
Binoculars
Binoculars and their cases are permitted in the facility, subject to inspection at all entrances.

- Internet audio: Listen to select Texas Volleyball matches online via the Texas Longhorns Audio Player (FREE!).
- Internet video: Authenticated subscribers to Longhorn Network may view coverage on LonghornNetwork.com.
Cameras/Video cameras
Cameras, other than professional cameras with detachable lenses, are allowed in the facility. No flash photography is allowed. Video cameras are permitted inside the facility. Patrons must film from their seats.

Clear Bag Policy
A clear bag policy is in effect at all Texas Athletics venues on the Forty Acres.
Approved bags include:
- Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
- One-gallon clear resealable plastic storage bags
- Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5".
Prohibited bags include:
- Purses
- Diaper bags*
- Cases (camera, binocular, etc.)
- Backpacks
- Fanny packs
- Printed pattern plastic bags
- Reusable grocery totes
- Mesh or straw bags
- Duffle bags
- Large totes
*Items normally carried in a diaper bag must be put into a clear plastic bag for venue entry.
Code of Conduct
Texas Athletics is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all fans, staff, players and coaches. To help us provide this first-class environment, we ask that all patrons and attendees follow these guidelines:
- Contribute to making the environment of Texas Athletics the very best by upholding the spirit of collegiate athletics.
- Ensure all fans are treated in a consistent, professional and polite way by all staff and team personnel.
- Support our teams in a positive manner while treating visiting fans, teams and officials with dignity and respect.
- Promote an environment that minimizes disruption, creates a safe atmosphere for all, prevents interference with the game and ensures the enjoyment of the game for everyone.
- Refrain from using foul or abusive language or inappropriate gestures or attire.
- Be responsible when consuming alcoholic beverages. Impairment, intoxication, underage consumption and unruly behavior will be addressed immediately.
- Sit only in the seat designated on your ticket and be prepared to present your mobile ticket, if requested.
- Acknowledge that The University of Texas at Austin is a tobacco-free campus, including e-cigarettes and smokeless cigarettes/tobacco.
- Comply with emergency messages, emergency procedures and requests from staff concerning the facility and gameday operations.

Sportsmanship Policy
Texas Athletics values sportsmanship, both on and off the field and in the stands. Texas is committed to providing a safe environment for all student-athletes, coaches and officials and a fun, entertaining atmosphere for all fans, free from disorderly behavior, including foul, sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, obscene or abusive language or gestures. Any spectators creating an unsafe environment or who interferes with the game by coming onto the court at any time will be removed from the facility.

Credit Cards
Major credit cards are accepted at the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop, retail booth and concession stand in the facility. Bevo Pay are not accepted at the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop.
Donation requests
Requests for autographed items for nonprofit/charitable purposes must be submitted to the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop. For more information, refer to the Texas Athletics donation/autograph policy.

Texas Athletics offers fans several choices to receive official updates and other timely news. Visit the Texas Communications page on TexasLonghorns.com to sign up.
Elevator
The elevator located at the ground entrance level to Gregory Gym can be used by the general public to access the arena floor.
Emergency
For any emergency at Gregory Gymnasium, notify the nearest usher or police officer.
Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, staff will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits in the facility are clearly marked.
First Aid/EMS
The first aid is located court side in section 12. This station is staffed by emergency medical technicians from St. David’s HealthCare. If you are in need of medical attention, please notify the nearest usher or police officer. Arena staff are trained to call for immediate response and assistance in emergency situations.
Gates Open
For the general public, gates open 60 minutes prior to the start of the match.
Internet Streaming

Learfield IMG College/Longhorn Sports Properties
Learfield IMG College is Texas Athletics' multimedia rights vendor, which does business in Austin as Longhorn Sports Properties (LSP). LSP produces and delivers conventional over-the-air radio, with iHeartMedia's KVET-AM 1300 The Zone serving as flagship station. LSM also represents all corporate sponsorship sales for Texas Athletics, including those elements appearing in signage, match day publications, consumer and retail promotions, and video. Lost and found
During the match, lost items should be reported to an usher. After the match, call UTPD at 512-471-4441
Lost children
Lost children should be reported to the nearest usher.

Match Dates and Times
Texas Volleyball match dates and times are subject to change. In the event a match date or time change should occur, the information will be immediately posted on TexasLonghorns.com and will be communicated through social media. Match times will be updated on mobile tickets placed in digital wallets.

Mobile Ticketing (see TexasLonghorns.com/GoMobile for more info)
Ticket holders will access tickets through TexasLonghorns.com/MyAccount to download tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Tickets must be downloaded to your digital wallet, screen shots will not be accepted.
To expedite entry and ensure the best possible gameday experience, fans should download their ticket to their primary phone prior to arrival and enter through the gate shown on their mobile ticket.
Noisemakers
NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought inside the facility. This includes, but is not limited to, all horns (including air horns), cow bells and whistles. Prohibited items will be confiscated.
Parking
Point Texas Club
Point Texas Club is only for donors with an annual gift of $500+ and Texas Volleyball season tickets.
In addition to guaranteed parking by becoming a Longhorn Foundation member at the Icon Level ($500+), you will also receive access to Point Texas Club. The Point Texas Club is the exclusive hospitality area for donors at the Icon Membership Level with Texas Volleyball season tickets. Located in the Games Room at Gregory Gym, members can grab a snack and beverage prior to the match while listening to a Texas Volleyball coach, athletics staff or special guest speaker.

Hand-held and pocket-sized portable radios are allowed in the facility. Please be considerate of other patrons and use an earpiece or headphones to listen to your radio.
Re-Entry Policy
There is no re-entry into the facility.
Seating
Security
- Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest-related problems should be reported to an usher or police officer immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the facility or the teams may be ejected from the building. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the facility. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected patron is grounds for arrest.
- You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the facility. By tendering your ticket and entering the facility, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against The University of Texas. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the facility.
Smoking policy
In accordance with University policy, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the UT campus.

Tickets
Group Tickets & Single Game Tickets
For group tickets, fans must call the ticket office. For more on specific ticket options, please visit TexasLonghorns.com/tickets or call 512-471-3333 (Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Central).
Video Cameras
Video cameras are not permitted in the building.
Weapons
No weapons of any kind are permitted inside Gregory Gymnasium or in any designated UT venue. This policy includes weapons used by off-duty law enforcement officers. Firearms must be secured at either the UT Police Department (corner of Dedman and Littlefield drives) or within an individual's vehicle.
The Campus Carry law (S.B. 11) does not pertain to sporting events on campus. No weapons of any kind are permitted in Texas Athletics sporting events. For full details on Campus Carry, visit https://campuscarry.utexas.edu/.
