Administrative Associate, 3rd season at Texas
Shalika Shetty enters her first season as an administrative associate and her third year in a full-time role with the men’s basketball program at The University of Texas. She worked as an administrative assistant for two seasons before earning a promotion in September 2017.
Shetty assists Leslie Parks with the daily schedules and travel for Coach Smart and the assistant coaches and assists Director of Operations Cody Hatt in all internal operations of the basketball program. She also handles in-house graphics for recruiting and assists in the social media coverage for the program.
Shetty earned bachelor’s degrees in physical culture and sports and architecture from The University of Texas in 2015. During her time as an undergraduate, she worked as a student office assistant for Men’s Basketball for three years (2013-15). Shetty also worked as a student assistant in the UT International Office (2012) and the UT Call Center (2011).
