AS A JUNIOR (2013-14)
• Joined Matt Ellis, John Murray and Kip Darmody to place second in the 200 freestyle relay (1:15.53) at the NCAA Championships; split 19.21 on the relay’s butterfly leg
• Joined Kip Darmody, Imri Ganiel and Caleb Weir to place third in the 400 medley relay (3:04.79) at the NCAA Championships; split 44.47 on the relay’s butterfly leg
• Placed fifth in the 100 butterfly (personal best 45.46) and 22nd in the 200 butterfly (1:43.73) at the NCAA Championships
• Placed 19th in the 50 freestyle prelims (19.51) at the NCAA Championships
• Joined Charlie Moore, Matt Ellis and John Murray to win the 200 freestyle relay (1:17.41) at the Big 12 Championships

· Took 28th in the 100 butterfly preliminaries (47.15) and 31st in the 200 butterfly preliminaries (1:45.53) at the NCAA Championships
· Won the 100 butterfly (46.70) at the American Short Course Championships
· Won the 100 butterfly (46.85) and the 200 butterfly (1:45.29) and took fourth in the 200 IM preliminaries (1:48.19) at the Big 12 Championships
· Placed third in the 200 butterfly (1:47.60) and swam the 100 butterfly exhibition (47.27) against Arizona and SMU
· Won the 100 butterfly (50.26) and took third in the 200 IM (1:55.35) at TCU

• Swam in the prelims of the 100 butterfly (22nd) and 200 butterfly (25th) events at the NCAA Championships
• Claimed fourth place in both the 100 butterfly (47.53) and 200 butterfly (1:46.75) at the Big 12 Championships
• Won the 100 butterfly at the American Short Course with a time of 47.08, his top time of the season in that event which he matched at the NCAA Championships
• Placed 11th at the Big 12 Championships in the 200 IM (1:49.86)
• Against Michigan and Indiana he tallied fifth place in the 200 butterfly and fifth in the 100 butterfly
• Recorded a ninth place finish in both butterfly events at the Southwest Collegiate Plunge
• On the third leg of the winning 200 freestyle relay at the American Short Course (1:17.55)
• Also swam on the fourth place 200 freestyle relay at the Southwest Collegiate Plunge (1:25.25)
• Member of the sixth place 200 medley relay against Michigan and Indiana (1:32.55) and at the Texas Invitational (1:28.71)
• Was the third leg of the second place 400 medley relay at Texas A&M (3:16.63) and took sixth in the relay at the Southwest Collegiate Plunge (3:23.82)
HIGH SCHOOL
• A 12-time NISCA All-American
• Received All-State swimming honors all four years
• In his senior season, he was the Texas 5A State Champion in the 100 fly
• Named an Academic All-American
• Holds the TWHS 200 IM record
NATIONAL
• Finished 29th in the prelims of the 100 butterfly (54.20) and 83rd in the prelims of the 200 butterfly (2:03.66) at the 2012 Olympic Trials
• Junior National Champion in the 50 fly
• Qualified in the Olympic Trials for the 100 fly and 200 fly in 2008
