• Was unranked in the preseason ITA singles rankings due to not playing in the fall, but rose to a high of No. 56 in the final rankings
• Reached as high as No. 8 with Siem Woldeab in the ITA doubles rankings on May 4 and finished No. 9
• Won seven straight singles decisions from March 1 to April 3
• Won eight of his last 10 and 10 of his last 13 doubles decisions with Siem Woldeab

AS A FRESHMAN/ADDITIONAL (2021)
• Finished at season highs in the final ITA rankings of No. 15 in singles and No. 7 in doubles with Siem Woldeab
• Posted a 17-9 singles record, including 11-7 at No. 1 and 5-2 at No. 2, and a 17-11 doubles record in dual match play
• Compiled a 25-11 overall singles record and 24-15 overall doubles record in 2020-21
• Advanced to the round of 32 in the NCAA Singles Championship with a 6-4, 7-5 win over No. 8 Johannus Monday of Tennessee
• Came up just short with Siem Woldeab in a third-set superbreaker in the opening round of the NCAA Doubles Championship, 4-6, 6-3, 1-0 (8) against No. 24 Rithvik Bollipalli and Jakub Wojcik of South Florida, who they had defeated earlier in the year
• Was one game shy of flipping his singles match against No. 4 Duarte Vale, 4-6, 6-5, when play stopped versus No. 2 Florida in the NCAA Semifinals, along with a 5-5 unfinished doubles match with Siem Woldeab against No. 16 Vale and Johannes Ingildsen

• Claimed the record for Big 12 Player of the Week honors by leading Texas to road wins at No. 2 Baylor and No. 21 Texas Tech to end the regular season and earned Texas a share of the Big 12 title
• Topped Parker Wynn, 6-4, 6-2, at No. 1 as part of a 4-1 win at No. 21 Texas Tech
• Part of a 5-2 win at No. 2 Baylor with a 6-3, 6-4 win over No. 53 Adrian Boitan at No. 1 and a third win with Siem Woldeab over No. 19 Sven Lah and Constantin, 6-3, at No. 1
• Earned Big 12 Player of the Week honors (April 11) for the fourth time this season by leading Texas to wins over No. 21 Oklahoma and No. 18 Oklahoma State
• Against No. 18 Oklahoma State, helped lead the Longhorns to a 4-3 victory by defeating No. 38 Matej Vocel in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3, at No. 1, and partnering with Siem Woldeab for a 6-2 win over Vocel and Emile Hudd for the second time in the season
• Clinched doubles with Siem Woldeab in a 5-2 victory against No. 21 Oklahoma with a 6-3 win against No. 28 Nathan Han and Alex Martinez at No. 1, while earning a ranked win in a superbreaker, 6-7 (3), 6-3, 1-0 (7), over No. 108 Jake Van Emburgh at No. 1
• Partnered with Siem Woldeab for a top-10 win to help Texas take doubles in a 4-3 win over No. 6 Texas A&M by topping No. 8 Juan Carlos Aguilar and Bjorn Thomson
• Secured a straight-sets top-50 win, 6-3, 6-2, against No. 45 Chase Ferguson of No. 29 South Florida at No. 1, while clinching doubles with Siem Woldeab with a 7-5 win over No. 14 Rithvik Bollipalli and Jakub Wojcik at No. 1 to earn Big 12 Player of the Week honors for March 28
• Clinched doubles with Siem Woldeab in a 4-3 win over No. 15 Arizona with a 7-5 victory over Jonas Ziverts and Jett Middleton at No. 1, while in singles coming up just short against No. 50 Ziverts, 6-7 (3), 6-0, 6-7 (4)
• Closed a four-match road trip with a 6-1, 7-6 (5) win over Sumit Sarkar at No. 1 against Rice, while playing his only doubles match of the season at No. 2 and earning a 6-2 win with Jacob Bullard over Jacob Eskeland and AJ Valenty
• Collected a top-five doubles win with Siem Woldeab with a 6-2 victory over Emile Hudd and Matej Vocel at No. 1 in a 4-1 win over No. 26 Oklahoma State
• Returned to No. 1 and has remained there for the rest of the season with a 6-3, 1-6, 6-2 win over No. 40 Hamish Stewart, while also downing Stewart and Ewan Moore with Siem Woldeab, 6-2, at No. 1 to clinch doubles in a 4-3 win at Tulane to earn Big 12 Player of the Week honors for Feb. 28
• Captured a 7-6 (2), 6-3 win over No. 19 Riley Smith at No. 2 in a 4-3 win over No. 1 USC at ITA Indoor Nationals, while also pairing with Siem Woldeab to push the No. 1 duo of Smith and Daniel Cukierman to a tiebreaker before falling just short
• With Siem Woldeab, defeated No. 10 Sven Lah and Constantin Frantzen of No. 4 Baylor for the second time in two weeks, 6-4, at No. 1 at ITA National Indoors
• Played No. 1 singles in a doubleheader and went 2-0 against Luka Stojanovic of UIW (6-0, 6-1) and Kyohei Yamanaka (6-3, 6-3) of Texas A&M-CC, while also partnering with Chih Chi Huang in doubles at No. 1 for a 6-0 win against UIW and a 6-1 win against TAMCC
• Recorded a 3-6, 6-4, 6-2 win over Makey Rakotomala at No. 2 in a 4-3 victory over Arizona State

• Clinched in the deciding match of a 4-3 win over No. 9 Florida by topping No. 8 Sam Riffice, 5-7, 6-4, 6-3, after changing locations from outdoor to indoor for the final set, helping him to Big 12 Player of the Week honors for Jan. 24
• Moved back to No. 2 singles against Liberty for a 6-4, 6-1 win over Josh Wilson, while pairing with Siem Woldeab for a 6-4 win over Wilson and Goncalo Ferreira
• Clinched doubles versus SMU with a 6-2 win with Siem Woldeab over Tomas Vaise and Juan Jose Bianchi at No. 1, along with playing No. 3 singles for the only time during the season and taking a 6-4, 6-3 win over Liam Krall
• Opened dual match play with a 6-7 (5), 7-5, 1-0 (8) superbreaker win over Ivailo Keremedchiev of Louisiana at No. 2
• Flight 1 Singles Co-Champion with Micah Braswell and Flight 1 Doubles Champion partnered with Siem Woldeab of the Alabama Spring Shootout
• Registered a perfect 7-0 combined record in singles (3-0) and doubles while partnered with Siem Woldeab (4-0) with wins over Edson Ortiz, Patrick Kaukovalta and Riccardo Roberto in singles at the Alabama Spring Shootout
FALL (2020)
• Went 4-1 in singles and 3-3 in doubles during the fall
• Won the co-championship in singles of the Big 6 Fall Invite with Micah Braswell with a 2-0 record that included wins over Emile Hudd of Oklahoma State and Jake Fearnley of TCU
• Also won the championship of the Big 6 Fall Invite in doubles with a 3-0 record with Siem Woldeab, including wins against Etienne Donnet and Emile Hudd of Oklahoma State, Luc Fomba and Max Kurzban of TCU and Dimitrios Azoidis and Reed Collier of Texas Tech
• Posted a 2-1 singles record at the Lakes Tennis Invite with straight-set wins over Jonathan Sheehy of Oklahoma and Parker Wynn of Texas Tech
AS A FRESHMAN (2020)
• Finished the shortened dual match season with an 11-1 singles record and an 8-6 doubles mark
• Partnered with Siem Woldeab for a 6-1 win at No. 2 doubles over Campbell Salmon and Karol Paluch and followed with a 6-3, 6-0 singles victory over Salmon at No. 3 in a 6-1 win over Rice
• Played No. 3 singles and recorded a 6-3, 6-3 win versus Jarod Hing in a 6-1 win over Tulsa
• Clinched the doubles point with Jacob Bullard, 6-3, over Benji Jacobson and Ewan Moore at No. 2, and then contributed a singles point with a 6-3, 7-6 (9) win at No. 4 against Dane Esses in a 5-2 victory over No. 43 Tulane
• Registered a 6-4, 6-0 singles win at No. 4 over Rafa Izquierdo Luque at No. 9 NC State
