OUTDOOR: Recorded a PB in javelin with a mark of 48.63m (159-6) and ran the 110-meter hurdles at the Tom Jones Invite…Finished 7th in long jump with a PB mark of 6.94m (22-9.25), ran a PB time of 14.77 in the 110-meter hurdles and competed in discus with a PB throw of 38.81m (127-4) at the Texas Invite... Finished fifth at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the decathlon with a personal best score of 7.259 points and four personal bests in 10 events...
INDOOR: Ran a personal best in the 60 hurdles at the Louisville Opener with his time of 8.36 and was part of the Texas B 4x400 Relay... Recorded a personal best in the pole vault clearing 4.75m (15-7), registered a mark of 6.70m (21-11.75) and ran the 60 hurdles in 8.38 at the Arkansas Invitational.... Registered a PB in shot put (11.83m / 38-9.75) and ran the 60H in 8.39 at the Dr. MLK Jr. Invite... Recorded a personal best in the heptathlon scoring 5,386 points after posting four PBs along the way in the 60 (7.24), shot put (12.26m), high jump (1.87m) and 60mH (8.30) at the NM Collegiate Classic... OUTDOOR: Competed in his first collegiate decathlon at the Texas Relays and finished with a score of 6,768 points - finished with eight personal bests... Competed in four events at the Texas Invitational - 110-meter hurdles (14.91w), pole vault (4.50m), long jump (6.87m) and javelin (46.60m) PB.... Recorded a personal best in the decathlon at the Big 12 Championships, finishing 7th overall with a score of 7,067 points with personal bests in seven of the 10 events (PV - 4.63m / Jav 47.68m)
INDOOR: Made his collegiate debut in the 60m hurdles at the Commonwealth College Opener with a time of 8.69 and finished sixth in the 600-meter with a time of 1:24.99... Competed in his first collegiate heptathlon at the NM Collegiate Classic, scoring 5,087 points - recording personal bests in all but the 60m hurdles... Scored a point at the Big 12 Championships in the heptathlon scoring a PB mark of 5,269 points and recorded personal bests in all seven events.
