Outdoor: Finished 8th in the 400-meter hurdles (52.24) at the Texas Relays… Ran the 400-meter in 47.49 at the Tom Tellez Alumni Invite to finish 7th overall…Competed in the 400-meter dash and 400-meter hurdles at the Tom Jones Invite….Finished 3rd in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 50.64 and 8th in the 400-meter with a time of 47.30 at the Texas Invite... Competed in the 400mH at the NCAA West Prelims and was 16th with a time of 50.99... Helped Texas finish 12th in the 4x400 at the NCAA Championships (3:04.15)
INDOOR: Won the 500m at the Louisville Opener with a time of 1:03.08... Was part of the winning 4x400-meter relay at the Arkansas Invitational that finished in 3:08.45 and was the runner-up in the 400-meter with a time of 47.65... Was fifth in the 200m (21.38), seventh in the 400m (47.30) and was on the winning 4x400 relay (3:08.13) at the Dr. MLK Jr. Invite... Competed in both the 200m (21.37) and the 400m (47.62) at the NM Collegiate Classic... Ran the 400-meter in 48.09 and was part of the 4x400 that finished in 3:13.85 at the Tiger Paw Invite...

OUTDOOR: Finished third in the 400-meter hurdles at the Texas Relays with his time of 50.63 and helped the Longhorns finish seventh in the 4x400 with a time of 3:11.14... Ran the 200-meter in 21.89 and finished eighth in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.57 at the Cameron Burrell Alumni Invite... Was the runner-up in the 400 hurdles at the Mt. SAC Relays with his time of 51.58... Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Texas Invitational with a time of 50.63 and finished the 400-meter in 47.83... Finished seventh in the 400mH (50.93), 17th in the 110h(14.66) and third in the 4x400 (3:05.08) at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships... Competed at West Prelims in both the 400m and the 4x400... Ran the prelims of the NCAA Outdoor Championships 4x400...
INDOOR: Started the season in the 60m hurdles (8.35) and the 300m (33.97) at the Commonwealth College Opener... Finished seventh in the 60m hurdles with a PB time of 8.10, fourth in the 300m (33.51) and ran the first leg of the 4x400 that won with a time of 3:08.96 at the Rod McCravy Memorial Invite... Ran a PB in the 60m (7.02) and the 300m (33.20) at the Dr. MLK Jr. Invitational... Ran a PB in the 200m (21.21) and finished the 400m in 46.84 at the NM Collegiate Classic... Finished fourth in the 400m (47.34) and ran on the Texas 'B' 4x400 (3:10.18) at the Eagle Invite... 2022-23 (Freshman)
OUTDOOR: Ran 46.87 in his outdoor 400m debut at the Longhorn Invitational... In windy conditions, ran 47.54 in the 400m at the USF Bulls Invitational to finish second... Competed in three events at the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, running the 110mH in 14.84w, ran his first collegiate 400mH and ran the 4x400... Ran PB in the 400mH at 50.71, ran the 100mH in 14.23 and was part of the 4x400 relay at the Tom Jones Memorial... Finished second in the 400mH at the Texas Invitational with his time of 51.59 and seventh in the 110mH at 14.40... Ran two PBs at the Big 12 Championships in the prelims of the 110 hurdles (14.25) and the 400 hurdles (50.61). He later finished ninth in the 110m hurdles and sixth in the 400m hurdles... Reached the NCAA West Prelims in the 400 hurdles and finished 16th with his time of 51.19 and helped the 4x400 relay qualify for the Championships... Ran the 4x400 at the NCAA Championships and finished 11th with a time of 3:01.90 - the fifth-fastest time in UT history.
INDOOR: Made his collegiate debut at the Commonwealth College Opener in the 300m, finishing sixth with a time of 34.15... Helped Texas win the 4x400 relay leading off the first leg that ultimately finished in 3:09.37 and competed in his first 200, while finishing third in the 400 with a time of 47.72... Ran the 400 at the Dr. MLK Jr. Invitational in 47.16 to finish 8th... Ran personal bests in both the 200 (21.32) and the 400 (46.79) at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic... Ran the opening leg of the 4x400 relay that finished at 3:05.91 for the ninth-fastest time in Texas history at the Tiger Paw Invite... Competed in the 400 prelims at the Big 12 Championships and ran a time of 47.07...
Prior to Texas: 10-time All-American... Went undefeated in the 400m dash during the outdoor 2022 season with his club including in the AAU Junior Olympics Region... UIL 5A State Team Champion... Finished third in the 300m UIL 5A State Championships and was part of the winning 4x400 relay team as the anchor leg (2022)... 2021 UIL 5A State Champion in the 4x200... Competed for the Texas Wings Track Club... Graduated Magna Cum Laude... Son to Charity Sanders, brother to Brianna Brinkley and Easton Ridley.
