Senior OG Tillman Holloway (finance), senior DS Cullen Loeffler (finance), junior TE Stevie Stigall (corporate communications), senior DE Kalen Thornton (finance), and senior DB Tien Van Nguyen (finance) were all named to the second team. To be eligible for the second team, student-athletes must maintain a 3.00-3.19 GPA.
Loeffler and Robin each earned academic all-conference honors for the fourth consecutive season, while Holloway, Thornton and Van Nguyen were selected for the third year in a row and Stigall for the second straight year. Robin and Thornton were each first-team Verizon Academic All-District VI selection two weeks ago and are on the ballot for the Academic All-America team, while Glynn was a second-team All-District VI choice.
