POST-MATCH COMMENTS
Texas head coach Michael Center
"It was a great win for us tonight. I feel like we are starting a new portion of our season with a pretty significant home stretch coming up, so we wanted to get off on the right foot tonight. I thought we played a good match across the board. Everyone fought out there tonight. We have discussed when we get those first sets that we need to increase our intensity and keep pushing. I looked up at the scoreboard and saw that we did a great job of that. This is a great win for us."
