Volleyball's Bell lost for season with injury

AUSTIN, Texas - Texas freshman middle blocker Khat Bell will miss the remainder of the 2011 season after suffering a season-ending knee injury in the Longhorns' match at Kansas on Saturday, Nov. 5. Bell injured her left knee during the second set of the match against Kansas.

We all feel for Khat. She means a lot to this program and we know she will continue to be an important part when she returns. We are going to give her all of the support she needs during this difficult time. The team, program and athletics department will be there for her through each step of the recovery process.
