From the Red River to the Rio Grande, across the country and across the globe, the Longhorn Radio Network produced by Longhorn IMG Sports Marketing embarks on its 32nd season of delivering the official Texas Football gameday broadcasts and more to Longhorn Nation.
The Longhorn Radio Network brings more than 75 hours of original, live programming to fans this fall including all regular and postseason Texas Football gameday broadcasts in both English and Spanish, and Longhorn Weekly with Charlie Strong. With more than 30 affiliates across the state, a dedicated channel on SiriusXM satellite radio, and online broadcasts at TexasSports.com, fans anywhere have the ability to tune into exclusive coverage of the Longhorns.
Texas Football gameday broadcasts include one-hour pregame coverage, complete in-game coverage, and one-hour postgame coverage. Craig Way, the Voice of the Longhorns, provides all the play-by-play, Roger Wallace serves as color analyst and lifetime Longhorn and NFL wide receiver Quan Cosby reports from the Texas sideline.
UT Athletics is also proud to offer Cadena Deportiva, a Spanish-language broadcast of all Texas Football games, featuring the calls of play-by-play veteran Ruben Pizzaro and color analyst John Jagou. The broadcast is available exclusively on TexasSports.com and SiriusXM satellite radio (Ch. 550).
When fans travel on the road this season for games, they can tune into Papa John's Road Radio at the opponent's stadium to hear the official gameday broadcast.
Longhorn Weekly with Charlie Strong airs at 7 p.m. Thursdays, Live from Pluckers in Austin throughout the season and is simulcast on the Longhorn Network. Way serves as the host and the show features other special guests for one hour of in-depth conversation about the team, opponents, and more.
