Post-match Comments
Texas Head Coach Jerritt Elliott
I'm pleased with our performance. It's great to be in a chaotic environment and play a quality opponent like Florida. I was really happy with the way we responded. We played steadily throughout the entire match and made good adjustments. It's great when you have so many new faces on the floor in different positions. We like what we saw tonight. We have a lot of work to do, but this is a great win for us.
Sophomore Chiaka Ogbogu
I embraced the competition tonight. It was loud in there, but we were all engaged and it helped me play well.
