• Texas returns home during a stretch of three games in six days for a double-header on Saturday at the Erwin Center. The Longhorns face Texas Tech at Noon Central (LHN), followed by a Texas Men's Basketball contest against West Virginia at 5:15 p.m. Central (ESPN).
• TEXAS-TTU SERIES: Texas and Texas Tech will meet for the 93rd time on Saturday. The Lady Raiders are the Longhorns' most frequent opponent in program history. The series averages 2.3 games per year during UT's 41-year history. Texas leads the series 63-29, including a 30-7 mark in Austin.
• HOME COURT ADVANTAGE: Texas has won 12 straight home games, including a 10-0 record a home this season. The Horns are 24-2 at the Frank Erwin Center since last season.
• LONE STAR STATE SUCCESS: The Longhorns have posted a 433-104 (.806) record against current NCAA Division I in-state foes in the program's history, including 63 wins over Texas Tech.
• IN THE RANKINGS: Texas checks in at No. 4 in The Associated Press' Top 25 this week. It is the seventh consecutive week the Longhorns have been ranked in the top-5. UT began the season ranked No. 9.
• ENEMKPALI ON FIRE: Senior forward Nneka Enemkpali leads the Big 12 in rebounding (10.8 rpg) and double-doubles (9). The national player of the year candidate has recorded three blocks in the last five games and grabbed 10 or more rebounds in 10 straight contests, including a double-double in eight of the last nine games.
• VERSATILE SANDERS: Junior guard Brady Sanders leads the Longhorns in assists (2.9 apg) and is the third-leading scorer among active Longhorns (8.4 ppg).
• STRONG START: Texas started the season with a 13-0 record, its third-best start in program history.
• POINTS IN THE PAINT: Texas is out-scoring its opponents in the paint by an average of 37-to-18. 52 percent of UT's offensive production comes in the paint.
• BIG D: Texas has the 18th-ranked scoring defense in the country. The Longhorns are holding opponents to 54.6 points per game. Texas has held six opponents to under 50 points, including two under 40 points.
• WIDE MARGINS: Texas ranks sixth in the nation in rebounding margin (+12.4) and 15th in scoring margin (+18.8).
• QUICK STARTS: The Longhorns have led at halftime in 13 of 15 games and are holding opponents to an average of 22.7 first-half points.
• NON-CONFERENCE PERFECTION: Texas became the first Longhorn team since 1985-86 to finish its non-conference regular season schedule with an undefeated record (11-0).
• TOP 10 TOPPERS: Texas is 3-0 against top-10 teams this season with wins at No. 6/1 Stanford (Nov. 20), against No. 4/5 Tennessee (Nov. 30) in Austin against No. 4/5 Texas A&M in Little Rock, Arkansas.
