• YANCY INCREASES HIS ROLE: Sophomore guard Kendal Yancy has averaged 28.7 minutes per game over the last three contests. Yancy recorded 12 points (3-6 FG, 2-4 threes, 4-4 FT) and four rebounds in 22 minutes during Wednesday's victory against TCU.
BARNES RECORDS CAREER WIN NO. 600
• Texas coach Rick Barnes earned career victory No. 600 with Wednesday's 66-43 home win against TCU. He enters Saturday's contest with an overall career record of 600-308 (.661) in 28 seasons as a collegiate head coach.
