Longhorns continue road swing next week at Houston.
EVANSTON, Ill. – No. 35 Texas suffered a 6-1 defeat to No. 33 Northwestern Sunday afternoon at NU's Combe Tennis Center.
Texas junior Lana Groenvynck picked up a straight-sets singles win and knocked off the Wildcats' Rheeya Doshi by a 6-4, 6-4 count at the fifth singles position.
Texas resumes dual-match play next weekend when it visits Houston.
