• WILL CALL: For free admission to the State Fair of Texas, Will Call customers must enter the fairgrounds at Gate 11 (pedestrian gate near Lagow St.). If Will Call customers enter at any other gate, they must pay an admission fee. Texas Will Call tables are located at Gate C (northwest corner of Cotton Bowl Stadium). Will Call is open from 9 a.m.-halftime.
