TEAM PREVIEW
Head coach Charlie Strong and the Longhorns began spring practice on March 7 and will have completed 14 workouts by the time the Orange-White Game kicks off. With back-to-back top 10 recruiting classes and an accomplished 2015 true freshman class, a young and talented nucleus is blending with experienced veteran leadership to become the foundation of the 2016 team that will feature an aggressive defense and a new up-tempo offense. Strong's Longhorns return starters at 14 positions (seven on offense, seven on defense) from a team that posted victories over College Football Playoff participant Oklahoma and No. 13 Baylor last year.
