Football announces Spring 2017 Commencement participants

A total of 20 current and former UT Football student-athletes are scheduled to participate in commencement exercises this weekend or are projected spring or summer 2017 graduates.
A total of 20 current and former football student-athletes are participating in Spring 2017 Commencement this weekend and/or plan to graduate in the spring or summer of this year. The list includes two football student-athletes on the 2017 roster - Antwuan Davis and Jake McMillon. Additionally, Mike Davis (2010-13), Michael Griffin (2003-06), Cory Redding (1999-2002) and Jaxon Shipley (2011-14) are set to graduate.
In addition to this list of 20, another 11 current or former UT football student-athletes earned their degrees in December 2016 to increase the 2016-17 academic year total to 31 football graduates. The December graduates included 1998 Heisman Trophy winner Ricky Williams.
