Baseball announces 2018 fall schedule

The Longhorns will host a pair of junior colleges before the annual Orange and White Fall World Series.
AUSTIN, Texas—Texas Baseball head coach David Pierce has announced the Longhorns' 2018 fall ball schedule, which includes two games against junior college opponents and the annual three-game Fall World Series.
The reigning Big 12 champion Longhorns will first take on McLennan Community College on Sunday, October 14 at noon. The game, which is scheduled for 14 innings, will be free to fans and also broadcast on Longhorn Network.
Texas will then host San Jacinto College in a scheduled 18-inning contest on Sunday, October 28, at noon. That game, which will also be free to fans, will not be on television.
The annual Orange and White Fall World Series is set for November 1, 2, and 4, this year. Games one and three will be broadcast on LHN and will take place at 6 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., respectively, while game two will not be televised and a start time has yet to be determined.
