Texas places two 800 free relay teams in the top-five on Wednesday night.
AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas relay team of Claire Adams, Evie Pfeifer, Joanna Evans and Julia Cook dropped the second-best time in the NCAA this year for the 800 free relay in the first event of the 2018 Texas Hall of Fame Swimming Invitational. The Longhorns set a time of 6:58.61, finishing in second to Southern California.
The Texas 'B' relay of Quinn Carrozza, Remedy Rule, Lauren Case and Nora McCullagh earned a top-five finish (7:05.63) behind Arizona and Wisconsin.
The 2018 Texas Hall of Fame Swimming Invite will continue tomorrow morning with prelims kicking off at 10 a.m. CT.
