The Longhorns hit nearly 49-percent from the floor (48.9), including 44-percent (11-25) from 3-point range, and a season-best 93.8-percent (15-16) from the free throw line. UT had 17 assists on 23 field goals made.
• COLEMAN FINDS THE RANGE: Sophomore G Matt Coleman III recorded a season-high 22 points (7-11 FG, 3-5 threes, 5-6 FT) in 31 minutes during the win against Purdue.
• IMPACT FRESHMAN: Freshman F Jaxson Hayes leads the team in blocks (23) and ranks third in rebounding (4.9 rpg) and fourth in scoring (10.3 ppg). He posted 14 points (6-6 FG, 2-2 FT) and 3 blocks in Sunday's win against Purdue.
