Women's Golfers post top-15 finishes at European Ladies Amateur

Sára Kousková ties for eighth, while Agathe Laisne places 15th.
ŠAJDÍKOVE HUMENCE-SENICA, Slovakia– Texas golfers Sára Kousková and Agathe Laisne earned a pair of top-15 finishes at the European Ladies Amateur Championship that concluded on Saturday at the Penati Golf Resort – Heritage Course in Šajdíkove Humence-Senica, Slovakia.
Kousková tied for eighth with a five-under-par total of 283 (67-72-71-73). She finished the week with 13 birdies and 51 pars. Kousková, from Prague, Czech Republic, will be a freshman at Texas this fall.
Laisne, who claimed the 2017 European Ladies Amateur Championship, placed 15th with a two-under-par 286 (72-68-69-77). She totaled 13 birdies and 51 pars on the week. Laisne, from Paris, France, will be a sophomore at Texas this fall.
