Last time out: The Longhorns went on the road and defeated No. 21 Texas A&M on the road, 180-112. It was the second win of the season for Texas after opening the year, hosting the Dust off Your Boots Invitational against Incarnate Word.
Big 12 Shine: After two weeks of competition, Texas swept the weekly conference awards each time – diver, newcomer and swimmer of the week.
Freshmen Takeover: Both Hailey Hernandez and Erica Sullivan haven't let their age effect the results in the pool after their first two collegiate meets. Hernandez has been tabbed with two Big 12 Diver of the Week awards and one Texas diving program record. Sullivan earned her first conference award after her second 1000-yard free event this season with a season-best time of 9:44.75.
NCAA Rematch: This weekend's matchup will showcase the 2021 NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving team champions Virginia and the runner-up, Texas.
