Angela Heo leads Texas with a two-under-par 70 in round two.
PHOENIX, Ariz. — The No. 7 Texas women's golf team wrapped up round two of the PING/ASU Invitational on Friday at Papago Golf Course.
The Longhorns shot nine-over-par on day two and are in 12th place on the leaderboard at nine-over-par for the tournament.
Angela Heo led Texas as she carded three birdies and shot a two-under-par 70 score on the course.
The Longhorns will conclude play in the PING/ASU Invitational tomorrow.
The Lineup
Angela Heo moved up the leaderboard 29 spots on day two with her two-under-par 70. Heo made three birdies in her round and is T38 on the leaderboard.
Farah O'Keefe made the turn at two-under-par and shot two-over-par for the round. O'Keefe is T38 on the individual leaderboard.
Cindy Hsu birdied three of her first four holes on the day and carded five birdies in her round. Hsu has nine birdies for the tournament.
Bentley Cotton made a birdie on the 16th hole in round two of the tournament. Cotton carded a round of four-over-par.
Lauren Kim made a pair of birdies on the back nine and shot a five-over-par round on day two.
Tiffany Cao made three birdies and shot a 79 on day two of the tournament.
