• HARMON MOVING UP: Rori Harmon moved into second on the Longhorns all-time assist list on Thursday against Alabama. Harmon now has 608 career assists and is one of two players in program history with at least 1,000 points and 600 assists.
• 150 FOR SHAY HOLLE: Shay Holle will play in her 150th game for Texas on Sunday against South Carolina. Texas is 119-30 in games Holle has played and 59-12 with Holle in the starting lineup.
• THE WIN OVER ALABAMA: The Longhorns 84-40 win over No. 18 Alabama was their largest margin of victory over a ranked opponent in program history.
• BOOKER PUTS UP BIG NUMBERS: Madison Booker led Texas with 21 points on 8-of-10 shooting from the field in the win over Alabama. For the season Booker is shooting 51.4 percent from the field, 46.4 percent from 3-point range and 87.2 percent from the free-throw line.
• LEE NATIONAL FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK: Freshman Jordan Lee led Texas with 17 points in the win against Oklahoma. Lee connected on 4-of-5 from beyond the 3-point arc. Lee followed that up by going 4-of-7 from 3-point range in the win over Arkansas. In her last three games Lee has shot 9-of-14 (64.3 percent) on 3-point field goals. Lee was recognized on Tuesday as both the SEC and USBWA National Freshman of the Week. Lee is the second UT freshman to earn those honors as Justice Carlton also was National Freshman of the Week earlier this season.
• DEFENSIVE PRESSURE: In their three SEC wins, the Longhorns have forced a total of 72 turnovers and converted those turnovers into 93 points. Texas leads opponents in points off turnovers 93-28 in SEC play. On average Texas is leading opponents in points off turnovers 31.7-10.6 per game.
• GETTING TO THE FREE-THROW LINE: This season Texas has made 326 free-throws and opponents have attempted 301. Texas has made 112 more free-throws than their opponents this season and lead the country in free-throws made per game (19.2).
• ON THE BOARDS: Texas has limited opponents to single digits for second chance points in 15 of their 17 games this season. In the last two games combined Texas leads opponents 40-12 in second chance points.
